Sunday was sunny but the breeze was still light and unsettled. Ben Falat laid down his intentions early with a big win in race one and then went on to take out race two and three giving him a perfect scoreline and leaving the rest to squabble over the minor placings. Simon Hawkes continued his form to take second overall with Chris Sallis putting together steady results to pick up third.
The race officer and his team did a good job in tricky conditions and managed to get 4 races out; Ben picked up a new Wing bouyancy aid courtesy of Spinlock and all competitors at the event have the chance of winning the season-end draw for a new kite genoursly provided by North One Design and Suntouched Sailboats in association with Devoti Sailing.
With the UK D One fleet continuing to grow and several new members at Grafham the fleet are looking forward to the Nationals at Highcliffe next week.
