The date (September 22) when the Italian Cup will end and the titles of Cup Winner and Italian Champion will be awarded is approaching!
The provisional ranking after the four Imperia races highlights how important participation in the cup is.
Up to now, 19 helmsmen from seven different nationalities have competed, demonstrating the success of this initiative despite the small size of the class.
Enrico Ciferri is stable and with detachment, followed by Patrick Ruefenacht. Gianluca Giorgi, with the dedication of a professional, only missed the Imperia races due to injury, but still maintains a high position. Alessandro Gasparini is capable of great performances and therefore we expect a sharp comeback from fourth place.
Everything will be decided in Volano therefore, according to who will be there and who will be absent. The number of races that we will compete will also be decisive, in addition to the weather conditions. The Cup and Championship are therefore still open. If at least four races are held, the cup ranking will allow three discards and this could further vary the positions in an unpredictable way.
